Up and Over
This type of garage door normally has rollers running vertically on the door posts and large spring across the top of the door.
When fully open, the door does not retract all the way in to the garage but leaves a section creating a canopy in front of the garage.
These doors do not have horizontal runners into the garage.
Requires separate canopy arm.
Up and Over
This type of garage door normally runs on a track along the roof of your garage. Usually large springs can be seen on both sides of the door.
When fully open the door usually retracts all the way inside the garage.
Swinging Wing Doors
This type of garage door can be operated with the help of a wing arm adapter.
